• Property registration: In Thailand, there is usually a property registration fee, which is 1.1% of the value for Leasehold and 6.3% for Freehold. These costs are divided equally between the buyer and the developer.

• Depreciation fee: a one-time fee for future major repairs can be 600 THB / sq.m. This fee is used to maintain the complex in good condition.

• Installation and registration of water and electricity meters: Usually the cost of installation and registration is around 20,000 THB, however, the exact amount may vary depending on the terms of the agreement with the developer.

• Annual maintenance: Maintenance of common property (utilities) is approximately 55 THB/sq.m per month, which depends on the area of the apartment.

• Registration of an apartment in full ownership (Freehold): An additional payment for foreign buyers wishing to register the property in full ownership can be around 300,000 THB.
