Additional payments:

• Property registration:

- 1.1% of the cost for Leasehold;

- 6.3% of the cost for Freehold, shared equally with the developer.

• Depreciation fee: one-time, is 600 THB / sq.m, intended for future major repairs.

• Installation and registration of water and electricity meters: approximately 20,000 THB for installation.

• Annual maintenance: common property maintenance is 55 THB / sq.m per month, depending on the area of ​​the apartment.
